Stay in His Presence

God’s word tells us where two or three are gathered in my name there he is in the midst of us.

Just meditate on that. Welcome his presence. Enjoy his presence. Take time to stay in his presence and enjoy being with God as you acknowledge him. Don’t run away to the busyness of work, shopping, demands of others. You will soon run out of energy and feel empty. Stop and and breath in God’s presence. Acknowledge what Jesus has done for you and thank him. He is our saviour, he is the Messiah, He died in our place. He forgives our sins and heals our anxieties and worries. He gives us peace. There is no other God.

The Father, Son and Holy Spirit have helped me in my life. The power of the Holy Spirit has given me the strength to live and rear fourteen children. He has given me the strength to be healed and remain healed of cancer. I live and move and have my being in God. He gives me authority over all the power of the devil and nothing will harm me.
He gives me power to forgive those who hurt me. He gives me love to love myself and others. I don’t have to strive to receive his goodness. I learn to receive and let him change the things I can’t change in me or in those who are near to me.

He fights for me. Just like God did for kings of Israel when their enemies came up against them, God sent angels to fight against those that were gathered up against them and spoke against them.

Things may be falling around us in the world. Don’t worry. Open up, look up and ask God to help. If one draws near to God he will draw near to us. Don’t stand afar because of guilt or condemnation. God doesn’t judge, he forgives and remembers your sins no more. It’s the devil who brings to mind your sins and makes you feel condemned. Jesus is the light of the world he is shining brighter than the sun. He wants you to receive him today and stay in his presence forever from this day and into the life after death.

He puts you in family. You are not alone. Join with others who believe. Remember where two or three are gathered in his name God is present.

  1. Awesome Angela!!! That’s exactly the good news!!His presence is the only way to overcome ourselves & to survive in the world. It’s my experience too, having put up with enough condemnation & guilt & feeling inadequate. Feelings must not come first as the world thinks they should be…in popular culture…love & faith or the other way round. The Lord has SO much He wants to give us in inner healing, peace & purpose…its an offer too good to ignore. Glad you’re up early & hitting the ground running & on the right track!! Gorgeous photo!! Have a wonderful day!!Love, Áine 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💕💕💕💕Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device

    • Good morning Aine, A very welcome comment that has encouraged me. Yes I’m going to use the opportunity to write much more🍓🍉🍍. Taste and see that the Lord is good. A

  2. This is so true, Angela. And yes, it’s very important to meet regularly with others who can encourage you. Beautiful photo from Jimmy, by the way!

  3. Thank you for this post Angela!

Hi Angela, glad I seen your blog. I dint be on Facebook often…just for my campaign posts. Seen and read this paragraph ☝️above-and immediately sat down, turned off telly. I’ve my bible beside me but I started doing so much other stuff before getting round to studying it….saying ok I’ll get round to it, by then its bedtime and with sleepy eyes ask God once again to forgive me for my busyness!
I know I need Him to give me energy and motivation to continue and to have the right outcome, so why do I let busyness overtake me….and HE is left sitting to the one side! Thank you for this timely piece, this word. Bible now back open again, I will thank and praise Him once again! Lord Help me put You First in All Things – Amen! Margaret

    • Dear Margaret, I’m so happy this piece spoke to you and you took action. Pentecost talks in Catholic Church went well. Good response from woman afterwards. People coming out of the woodwork who were healed. Love Angela
