Hello.  Welcome to my web site on this the first day of 2013.  I think this is a good day to start writing.

I love God and I want to tell you what he has done for me.  He has saved me from death.

I believe in Jesus who died on the cross and shed his blood to become the perfect sacrifice to the Father to set us free from sin, disease, curses and provided deliverance for us from the power of the devil.

I am a busy mother and housewife and I desire to do his will on the earth.  I am particularly interested in praying and healing.

About twenty five years ago I was reading in the bible:

John 15:4-5

4 Remain in me, and I will remain in you.  No branch can bear fruit of itself, it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

5 I am the vine, you are the branches.  If a man remains in me, and I in him, he will bear much fruit, for without me you can do nothing.  

I decided to spend 15 minutes a day reading the bible and fifteen minutes praying and said to Jesus, I am doing my bit so you will cause the fruit to grow.  My husband gave me a daily bible that covers the entire bible in a year.  Fruit did grow.  In the next years some of the fruit was my children Jacob, Isaac, Abraham and Angela.

I have tried to keep up this pattern and I have become more familiar with the scriptures.  God speaks to me through his word and encourages me in the right way to live.

Psalm 1 says

Blessed is the man who meditates on Gods law day and night, he will prosper.

I thought that seems a good idea. It does not say if you work harder you will prosper.

I have read that the proverbs makes one wise and gives knowledge and purpose to young people.

So I want to encourage you to start doing what I did all those years ago.  I am sure you can set aside thirty minutes to pray and read the bible.  It is a small book but in it you will find the truth.
